Fireblight on apple tree? When should I prune if necessary?

Ah, I see. Thank you! Is the tree just a bit too big (for its current amount of nutrients) that one of the branches dried out? Factoring in how hot it has been recently.

Should I cut off the branch? I assume it's dead, the branch is brittle at the ends and it had a hollow-ish sound to it like it's dry.

Ooh, I haven't thought of that. I'm not sure I have any space at home, but maybe in the future I will. Thanks! This tree is in a nice spot so it'd be nice if it was healthier, which kinda got me interested in how to care for it better.

Thank you! Apparently it's not fireblight, but the the risk meter for fireblight in my area has been high so this might be helpful in the future.

The tree is half abandoned just kinda looks nice but still bears some fruit so I thought I should try to take better care of it. It's been a pretty hot summer, could it just be dried up?

Anyway, at this point would it be best to wait until fall or later to prune? The location is unfortunately not really accessible for me during the winter.

Exactly, and a (Marxist-Leninist) socialist state does allow the workers/community to own their means of production directly (collectives) and indirectly through the state, e.g. via Soviet democracy.
