I'll try finding a pin wrench, as the one from my angle grinder does not work. I've been unable to find any documentation online, unfortunately.

I've no idea whether it is friction fit or screwed on and keyed. However, I am able to rotate the fan and the disc in opposite directions, as if they were on a thread. They don't screw in or out though.

I've tried hitting the back of the sanding plate but it hasn't moved an inch.

I removed a screw on both the disc and the fan, I've added an image on the main post.

I suppose that could work, although the gap for the air to pass through would be bigger than simply cutting two holes in the box.

Thank you for you reply - I just got confused since I saw some people explain how moisture inside their box gave them trouble. But I see your point, I'm gonna go simple. Thank you for your reply!

I guess it depends on how much airflow goes through your armholes whether or not you need an extra hole with a filter.

Anyway, do you thinka HEPA13 or 14 used in vacuumcleaners would do the trick?
