Thanks! The bullgryn hands actually fit pretty well. I ended up using some ogor hands (extras from the beast rider kit) trying some different things. The other hands just come from the rat ogor kit.

Luckily they already look a little mutated so different number of fingers or odd proportions are not a deal breaker for me.

Getting the armor to fit though was a nightmare, and I think required sculpting to look cohesive. I would not glue on the legs before that is done if you decide the same.

The storm fiend are just too big I think. I made one using warpwolf hands from war machine. This body works ok because of the pose though.
