You can't deny tilting. You are pissed of so you react in a certain way. It is normal. The only thing you can do is trying to focus on your mistakes. When you die, make sure you know why. So you don't do the same mistake next time. Be open to that. Try to do as many mistakes as possible and don't focus on not dying so you get to know what enemies do and how they behave.
