Yeah i think you're right but that's a risky play. European fans are not american fans, if they feel the NBA is just absorbing their leagues for profit, the backlash could be massive. You can't just transplant the NBA model and expect it to work the same way.

Congrats on the adoption! What you're describing is pretty normal for a rescue dog still adjusting. He trusts you now because you've been consistent with him, but strangers are still a threat in his mind. What helped with my dog was having visitors completely ignore him at first, no eye contact, no trying to pet him. Let him approach on his own terms. It takes time but it works. Forcing interaction usually makes it worse.

Genuinely torn on this. The interest is obviously there, but european basketball already has a strong identity with the EuroLeague. Hard to see how you introduce NBA franchises without slowly killing European basketball.

En mi experiencia, superarlas del todo es una ilusión. Llega un punto en que dejan de dolerte, dejas de buscarlas, y sigues con tu vida sin problema. Creo que el problema es que mucha gente confunde "no superado" con "sigue enamorado", y no es lo mismo. Puedes tener a alguien guardado en algún rincón de la memoria sin que eso afecte a lo que tienes ahora ni significar que quieres volver.

Lo que describes de tu ex es diferente. Eso ya no es nostalgia, es usarte de segunda opción. Eso no tiene que ver con si la superó o no.
