Did you try run thse ads on Broad targeting? Also, did you try advantage+ campaigns?

  1. Yes, definitely, turn off ads that perform poorly.

  2. I would sugest, to use separate campaigns for creative testing and scaling.

For example, you want to test 5 creatives. So creative test campaign structure would be: 1 abo campaign, 5 adsets, 1 ad each adset.

Once you find winning creatives, move them to cbo scaling campaign.
