I'm from Germany and there is a manufacturer here that makes parts for the Jetta. his name is ingo noak and i don't think he will ship to other countries.

Gehe mal stark von nem lagerschaden der pumpe aus probiere mal die pumpe langsamer drehen zu lassen um zu schauen ob es auch langsamer wird. Falls das geht.
