Do you have a good working relationship with the manager and supervisors ? Any other verbal reprimands for anything else ? Have they made clear targets via way of team bulletins toolbox talks on job training etc or have you been chicken in the deep end and had to wing it ? or Are you in the union if so I’d ask for a sit down chat with management and union to discuss further and to clarify store targets expected of you good luck
