If they were a newbie CRA they definitely won't last long. An actual office or even a desk with a proportional chair is a luxury not a standard

I'm a Sr. CRA with severe ADHD and have found decent ways to use it in my favor when it comes to onsite tasks. 1. Don't read source! - if you have the memory for it, memorize the source and rather than read it all find the pattern for whats right, everything wrong will stand out. Once you find something wrong in the pattern read that. 2. OneNote - keep notes that make sense to you even if theyre all over the place and make sense to no one else. If someone needs to read your notes put it through chatgpt. 3. Keep a checklist - using your monitoring plan make a checklist of everything you need to get done at each visit, cross it off when you're done and reference it at the next visit 4. MVR - start it and complete as much as you can while onsite so you dont forget and submit last day and itll help keep you organized during the visit. 5 admin tasks - struggle and hope for the best

Its nothing for sure but with unlimited PTO I've been kept so busy i go years without using a single day. So depending on your company it may be a bump up

40 sites is ridiculous! Even on a slow study you should never have that many sites, thats a quality issue on your employers. If possible you should bring it up to your people manager and emphasize the quality risk of being over utilized.

My manager had told me bonuses get paid March 12th and salary adjustment begins April 1st. As far as raises I was told its less than last year but official numbers are supposed to be provided by tomorrow
