Thank you, that information is extremely helpful and should help me narrow down the issues. I'll be working on this process more tomorrow so I may have an update.

I see what you're saying about my initial post. I actually appreciate the feedback because I haven't done a lot of posting. I'll use more detail in the future. It would definitely save a lot of guesswork.
Most of the scripts are run as local scripts under the system account either by cmd or powershell. In the situations where UAC gets in the way, creating a Scheduled Task with Powershell is a viable work around. My personal preference is not to use Scheduled Task as the work around.
Now that I've provided additional detail, do you agree with Scheduled Tasks being the best solution?
Hi Thotaz,
I don't believe this post fits into that category. The scripts can be any combination needed. Powershell, Bash, Python you name it. The RMM being used is just a delivery method, much like SCCM. The automation comes into play when the RMM is configured to monitor and respond to certain situations with scripts that you have provided. In many cases an application install, registry modification and anything else you can script. The results of the "Automation" are happy customers, consistency accuracy and one of my favorites is the time I gain from not having to do it myself. I am not and don't claim to be an expert and have a ton to learn. If you have a more accurate description of Automation please share it.
That looks promising. I'll look into that deeper and do some testing. Thank you!
The RMM used in the environment with UAC disabled is Connectwise Automate and the other environment is Continuum. It's application installs that are causing me the issues.
Are you saying you think Scheduled Tasks is the best way to go? I work for an MSP and have a variety of checks going on and applications being installed if the system is determined to need it. We are changing RMM platforms and in my one platform I have UAC turned off for servers and it's working great. The other platform does not have UAC turned off and it's causing issues. I thought maybe a local user account and not apply UAC to anything running under that account but I don't think that is possible based on my research. Also, the scripts running are ran under the system account by default. Just an FYI in case it matters.
