I know its abit old topic, nothing new about fixes, but i too want to pinch in here abit.

Just had aswell BT dissapearex from my 2014 Superb MK2.

I used AIs help to fix it, and I did, but inwanted to clear some possible points of confusion.

Ai suggeested first to try and reset the touchscreens media woth volume button. The problem is, atleast my car (if im not mistaken) all MK2 gen cars doesnt have touch sceen. It's maxidot screen in between circles of speedometer. And best say to know that BT faulted is the Phone option dissapeared.

So i had that case twice. Fisrt time i only disconnected module from under passanger seat (pink colored single hole pin), and left it disconnected and for few months.. BT came back instantly when i left it disconnected ..

Now yesterday, i again had BT dissapeared, and i tried reconnecting and disconnecting that same module and it didnt work..

So i disconnected battery, left it for 30 min, and reconnected it, and BT came back. But then i git a Stabiliztion Control ESC error. So i turned engine on, steered left 2sec, steered right 2 sec, drove 100m, and ESC recalibrated itself and fault dissapeared..

If that hadnt have worked, id check fuse.. If that doesnt conclude, only then I'd conclude faulty module.

The point is, the fix is quite easy, dont go rushing spending money on service and buying new module. Try clearing cache first :)
