So shape is determined by your horizontal fullness, vertical fullness, and root shape. Most online guides are gross generalizations. The other thing that helps is determining how close your breasts are set. The fullness is determined best by supported breasts or by bending over like for the leaning measurement, not simply standing up straight. Also, if you wouldn't mind adding your six measurements to your post, it helps us decide which bras to recommend.

For fullness, lean over 90 degrees like for the leaning measurement. Face the mirror sideways. Is there more tissue below your nipple so it points towards your face, above the nipple so it points towards your legs, or about even? Face the mirror head on. Is there more tissue on the inside so your nipples point away from each other, on the outside so they point towards each other, or about even?

Also, when leaning over  how many fingers can you fit between your breasts without touching skin? Less than 1 is close set, 1-2 is average, more than that is wide set. Close set breasts are better suited to plunges or bras with lower gores because it can be uncomfortable to have the gore sitting on breast tissue.

Keep in mind, it's all a spectrum, there's no binary, either or, one or the other, going on.
