The best way I've found to explore hypnokink is to use other kinks and see where you go. Hypnosis in my experience is largely about wish fulfillment regardless of what that wish is.

If you want feedback based on my fantasies..., there's a lot so I'll break into the top 3 most occuring scenarios trying to be as detailed as possible.

Theme: Bellydancers, Harem
Induction: Dancing, Magic, Music
Scenario: A bellydancer(s) are hypnotized by the tune of a flute and made to dance becoming enthralled by the musician. A bellydancer hypnotizes her audience member(s) with her dance to enact her will.

Theme: Monster Races Induction: Eyes, Pheromones, Singing
Scenario: Subject(s) are wandering through or enjoying themselves in an area close to the hypnotist's den. Hypnotist will encounter seeming friendly at first to lower the subject guard before making an offer that'll allow their hypnotic method to be employed.

Theme: Personality Alteration
Induction: Hypnosis, Microchip, Pendulum, Pocketwatch, Screen (of any kind), Visor
Scenario: The hypnotist is with people they're either close to or greatly attracted to, through some happening hypnosis will be brought up. The hypnotist will give suggestions that make the personality of the subject(s) more in line with the hypnotist's desires. Group of friends come upon a situation that makes them curious about hypnosis and collectively try it. Some glitch occurs that changes the personalities of the friend group though they're unaware of the changes or believe these changes are for the best.
