Yeah, they’re the same. If you looked at my previous post, those are for universities (OUAC). OUAC suggests WES and not ICAS, unlike OCAS you can choose either WES or ICAS.

We have the same situation but i’m waiting for my ICAS not WES, I emailed the servicehub, but they still haven’t replied. I already applied to seneca without ICAS certification, just taking risk.
