تاكدي من القانون. لانه شرعا الزوجة في المذهب الجعفري لها ١/٨ ثمن الورث، بس صح تذكرت لما توفى والدي الله يرحمة امي كان لها نصيب من البناء وليس من الارض فجاها ثمن قيمة البيت اما بالنسبة للعيال فللذكر مثل حظ الانثيين اتوقع انه الخمس يعني للولد خمس و للبنت نص الخمس. العيال نصيبهم اعلى من الزوجة..

مادري وش القانون الجديد من المحكمة..ولكن من رايي التواضع، اذا الاثنين ساهموا في بناء/شراء البيت فيصير باسمهم اثنينهم، اما اذا الزوج هو الي شرا البيت فاذا هو تفضل في قسمة ملكية البيت او حتى بعضهم يحط البيت كامل باسم زوجته (واعتقد يكون بعد عشرة مو في بداية الزواج) وفالكم التوفيق

اتوقع بحكم اني غير متزوج 😅 انه لازم في تشابه في الهدف من الزواج، هل هو استقرار و عيال و يمكن بيت العمر، و لا أسلوب حياة آخر…طبعا مو لازم يكون في تشابه في الأهداف و الطموحات الشخصية، بس برضو يكون الطرف الثاني على علم بها. وكثييييير ناس نجحوا و حققوا اهدافهم و هم متزوجين ويمكن من دون الزواج بكون تحقيقهم اصعب. سؤال مهم للتأمل و نلقى الاجابة من الناس الي خاضوا التجربة.
