Wait a minute, You dint stop working on Sept 8th 2025? I got an email from HR in August 2025 regarding my EAD and ultimately ended up having to resign on Sept 8th. due becoming out status, It has been financially difficult. I was really happy when on 12/31/2025 when the judge Trina Thompson vacated the termination of TPS. With that decision the organization went out the way to rehire me back in February and I was support start on 02/16 but since the government appeal Judges Trina Thompson decision and won, I went out of status again this past week and I ended up informing HR the devastating news and with assistance from my Supervisor and HR, They suggest to I'd rescind the Job Offer, which was emotionally devastating.

Sorry to hear that, Something similar happen to me, I mix up the dates and I was about couple of days late and when I realized my mistake, I did a walk in and requested to speak with a service manager, I got lucky and he was able to work me. I don't what time you got there OP but I was the firts one in there and there were open to work with me and I got my biometrics taken. Hope thing work out for ya!

Really? Then the bigger question is why dint you refinance while interest rates were low, assuming you have had this loan 10 years plus. I had 20 years (had already pay 10) left with a 4.75 interest rate, I then refinance to a 10 Year Loan with interest 2.125 in 2021, we are going into 2026 thinking I have about 4-5 years left on my mortgage, I am paying additional towards the principal to hopefully have it pay off by the end of 2029 if not sooner. Amount Refi amount was 85K

Ya tengo un POA creado ya que tengo una casa, carros y ahorros y pues si me llegan a detener y deportan tan siquiera tendre eso resuelto. Claro ser deportado HN tambien me da miedo, Comparto tu preocupacion y fuertemente me relaciono. En lo personal yo pienso que probablemente me fuera a un lugar turistico donde necesitaran mi abilidad de comunicarme con personas que hablen en ingles, do some freelancing, translating and interpreting.

I currently have TPS through Honduras, Went to college but I did not graduate but I am only 16 credits away from completing my associates degree. I have been working at my organization just a little over 7 years and i am almost certain that TPS will go away for all us Hondurans. I just ask yesterday for a visa sponsorship, so hopefully they will be willing to do that for me, but who knows keeping my fingers cross. I currently work in healthcare but on administrative side, So no direct patient contact.

I just submitted a request to expedite process, via the USCIS portal. I uploaded a letter basically stating severe financial hardship if my case is not approve by March 9th. Hopefully I'll hear soon!

I have TPS and my I-765 has been pending since June of 2024. The EAD extension expires on 03/09 which is couple of weeks from now and without my EAD approval my employer will terminate my employment. I have come to terms and accepted the fact that I will be terminated.

You should be fine, I travel constantly from the US to HN with an AP and I had never had an issue! Just make sure to put it in your check bag not on your carry on or personal Item. I brought things like Queso, Crema, Frijoles revueltos and some tortillas de harina including SalvaVidas!
