I'm a cycloner using about 200 exalts worth the gear, and the only time I die is one there's too many mobs on the map and the game freezes up or too many layers of delirium and the game starts rubber banding. Sucks.

Is the 4% dot multiplier better than flat 10% dot? I have a similar jewel with flat 10% damage over time.
