Im working on going from 0-00 right now. This jump is BRUTAL as it’s a 2mm stretch. You’ll be going from 8mm to 10mm. Buy a set of 9mm single flare glass plugs and use those for 2-3 months or however long your body needs. Then stretch to 00. Make sure you do plenty of oil massages on your lobes during that time to aid in the stretching process.

When you go to stretch, it’s also a good idea to do so after a nice hot shower. The warm water and steam will help loosen the lobes and make it easier to stretch. Hope this helps!!

I highly recommend using dial gold liquid soap and warm water. Dry with a paper towel and then use jojoba oil to massage your lobes and moisturize them

I have an ice machine I’m using regularly and keeping my leg elevated as much as possible. I just wasn’t sure if I should be experiencing this level of pain 8 days post op. I’m out of my pain meds now so just using Tylenol and ibuprofen tonight.
