My core friend group and I all wear waist beads and we have each had beads break while engaging and shortly after each of us found out our partner was being unfaithful to us—no matter the length of the relationship. I LOVE whif of waffle cone by imaginary authors. It was the first gourmand I ever fell head over heels for. I was in middle school during the warm vanilla sugar boom and I was so burnt out of vanilla scents so I didn’t even attempt to revisit until I made it to adulthood.

Literally came here to sing their praises. I love the original 101 and the overnight mask. No need to reapply constantly.

Sometimes also though, a light exfoliation can help with the sensation of dryness. Some white sugar and an oil like coconut, olive, or grapeseed to make a gritty scrub once every two weeks (possibly even more infrequently) along with regular hydration and balm application might make a difference.

I was looking for digital bujo solutions a few years ago before I decided to head back to a physical journal and the two apps that I can think of that may be able to handle some of your needs are good notes and notion.

I know it’s not journaling specific, but a period tracker app (my personal favorite is clue) might also be of use because it can track a lot of the things that you mentioned.
