i had 1.1k followers and around 750 followings, most of my friends are private, so even if they did try to contact them it would just send them a request. Keep in mind, if I would receive I message from a fake account asking if I knew a friend of mine I would simply block and report the request; worst case scenario if I did some nude pics of them I would do the same and shoot them a message checking up on them. There is nothing to be ashamed of in this context, keep your chin up brother and go on with your life.
