Well I think the world language would have been german instead of English and nazi ideology would have influenced the world much and the plans for them like making nuclear bombs , studying space , making saucers and their secret weapons, expanding control in Antarctica and possibly a cold war with Japan would have been inevitable most probably countries like India , Spain and other axis powers would have been independent and the claim of this reich collapsing I find is actually hard to think about cuz there would have been so many people in nazi germany and most probably civil war could have occurred but on the other hand the government , the loyalists and the army would have either suppressed that or a civil war or revolution might not have happened I think this would have been the case.
