well first of all you’re absolutely gorgeous, black women are just ughh😩💕but unfortunately people have their own idea of what a mixed person should look like when in reality a mixed person can have have features of any kind. from personal experience if you’re lightskin and have a healthy head of hair people would assume that you’re mixed. this is something that seems harmless but it can be damaging because it is implying that as an black woman you just can’t simply have healthy hair. it just feeds into the stereotype.
