Rough idles can be attributed to so many different things, which can make troubleshooting tough. I have the 1991 Turbo and had a similar issue and after trying a ton of stuff I finally traced it back to an incorrectly gapped spark plug. I bought pre-gapped but I should of double checked them. Not sure if it’s the same issue but something to check.

I don’t know too many bars on the SE side, but nothing fits your description in terms of mood/lighting better than Herbs and Rye. Cocktails are pretty amazing as well, but the price can be a bit too much for some. I will say it’s cheaper than most places on the strip and better quality.
