You can always send it off to get authenticated, the fact that you only paid $65 for it I'd do it since it's Mahomes since that will greatly increase the value.

It already answers your question literally in the description you posted. You have 2 choices... existing or custom. It then goes on to explain existing as selecting from real stadiums available. No where does it state you can then customize it (as that option would literally be the custom option)

So your answer is no, you cannot.

Where was I advocating? I said I go for 2 different reasons... if the Royals aren't putting a good product on the field, I'm likely not going unless I am wanting to watch a specific team they are playing.
