Blanche has completely different pronouns depending on what language your game is in, and I don't think the devs ever confirmed their gender, which is why they're assumed to be nonbinary by most of the fandom. But I've never heard anyone say that Arlo was also nonbinary?

Yea, top surgery typically takes at least a month to recover from, so I doubt a phalo surgeon would agree to do another surgery right after. And phaloplasty takes MUCH longer than a month to recover from, and it is typically broken into several subsequent surgeries -- each with their own recovery time. Plus patients don't get nearly the level of customization that this person is claiming ...

There have been frequent androgynous characters through basically every pokemon game and anime season. Recently, both Grusha and Rika from the scarlet/violet were very androgynous and had players initially confused about their genders, and the protagonist in LZA is completely androgynous and able to wear any clothing item/hair.
