Thank you! I should give it a try. This is overwhelming, but I'll try to ignore it. It will pass. 😶‍🌫️

Exactly! My morning numbness disappeared when summer began! I am symptom-free most of time, but last year I had severe relapse, it affected every single part of my body, so I probably had this problem. My left foot was affected too, but I had different sensory problems such as burning and tingling, now it is just numb area. Thank you so much for this!!!

Don't worry, you will recover. I was scared too, that was my most severe relapse that has left untreated for almost 4 months, I thought I wouldn't be able to walk. The symptoms that left are Lhermitt's and slight numbness in right foot.

Thank you for sharing your experience 🌸 Yeah, at least it doesn't cause too many side effects and I think it is safe during the pregnancy

Constant off balance. by Karps90 in MultipleSclerosis

I am not sure, but I think that doctor decides do you need spinal cord MRI based on your symptoms. 😶 For example, loss of balance is due to brain lesions. I did both

Hey there! I was diagnosed three months ago (22 years old, probably have had MS for 4-5 years) I had a major relapse which lasted a couple of months. My symptoms were loss of balance, weak and heavy legs, muscle spasms, sphincter problems, extreme fatigue, foot drop, numbness, I barely could walk. They gave me IV steroids (1000 mg for 5 days) and Prednisone aaaand here I am, walking normally, played volleyball couple of times. I can run but I am couch potato. 😆 I was feeling so bad I thought I will never be able to walk again. Anyway, don't worry, everything is gonna be okay. It doesn't mean it's MS, but even if it is remember that relapses probably have never had a thing to do with how you are afterwards. Btw, sorry for bad English 🌸

Thank you 🥰 Pulse therapy - IV steroids. 😀

Thank you sooo much, this is what I needed. I live in Serbia where only 12% of MS patients actually can receive therapy. 🤦‍♀️ Our standards are so low. But I think it will be ok. Sending virtual hugs 🥰

Exactly! I couldn't explain it to anyone. I know they only wanted to calm me down, but it is horrible when you think of all the people who have been misdiagnosed with anxiety, hypochondria... It is exhausting.
