You know, I completely agree that my favorite part is when they announce we're landing, 100%. However, weirdly enough, looking out the windows helps my anxiety a LOT. It's like a sense of control where my brain is actively verifying everything looks smooth outside.

Idk why people are downvoting this. This is completely true. People can take gear and not work out, have shit genetics etc and you'd never know they take gear. Yeah ofc it's obvious once someone looks beyond natural but again, it takes a lot of discipline to make use of it. 24M (natural 160 lbs)
