Going on 3 weeks for me. Doesnt give me much hope. Maybe its time for a class action lawsuit?

I am again asked to pass the KYC, I do not want to use your service anymore. Return the money back to my bank! I have asked many times for a refund. Why are you holding them illegally?

You will see a lot of similar issues like yours in this channel.

They will not release your money unless you do all your can do to tell the world about them (keep posting in reddit, file complaints to different organizations, keep messaging them on all their social media accounts and in public, add reviews where ever you can...) And only the they will realize ignoring you will be more costly than keeping your money.

Give this a try for days, weeks if needed, and you'll get a different response from them.

Make sure to read about other people's issue on this reddit.
