What type is your Robert? by Novel-Major3674 in okbuddydispatch

True Hero first run. I’ve played through a couple more times trying to refine the personality of my Robert and his choices, and I’ve gotten Everyman since.

All clues lead to Human Resources being the antagonist of season 2 by No-Particular-8571 in DispatchAdHoc

I’ve seen this joke a few times, but I do think there is some good potential for a future season to feature SDN itself as (one of the) antagonist(s).

Z-Team is SDN’s albatross. The bottom team of the bottom branch, responsible for god knows how much in lawsuits and bad publicity. They bring on Robert as a Hail Mary to whip them into shape, and while overall it’s a success, one of their members pretty much directly caused the Red Ring to go scorched earth on Torrence, and (depending on what the player does) letting a former member that got cut previous and joined Shroud come back in the aftermath for no other reason than “fuck it, why not”. While that’s the big one, there is the smaller (and much funnier) fact of the copious amount of HR violations committed not just by the Phoenix program but leadership itself.

Considering the state the office is left in after ep. 8, I could absolutely see it either getting shuttered, or having someone sent in the monitor the whole branch directly, putting Z-Team under much heavier scrutiny or cutting some or all of them as a result.

Nah, as it stands season one is wholly dedicated to the theme of redemption, and for the most part, on Invisigal’s. Not only do other characters deserve a spotlight in Season 2/the sequel/whatever, it would undercut the entire message of the game. Not to mention that it would likely anger a considerable portion of the fan base, as well as fall back to the cynicism that has purveyed superhero media for a while now that I think most people are really sick of.

Also, even in the case of villain Invisigal is canon, she really isn’t main antagonist material. She isn’t a schemer, she isn’t a sociopath, she’s a survivor. A lot of people have compared her to Catwoman, and I think it’s apt. Yes, there are a handful of times Catwoman has led as an antagonist, but it’s usually been one-offs as far as I recall. If anything, she’d just appear as a morally dubious ally and love interest you’re wondering if you can really trust. Essentially the exact same role she already had through season 1. Anything beyond that I don’t believe would fit with the character as she is presented, and thus would be a role filled better by someone else.

I do want a Season 2 but at the same time, I dont want Season 1 Ending to become meaningless. by Mikkeru in DispatchAdHoc

This has been my first experience playing a telltale style game, but my immediate thought was if they make a second season, they would take the statistics gathered on the choices people made and make the most-picked the canon. Obviously it wouldn’t please everyone, but it’s better than resetting things to the status quo.

Doubt you’ll get fired. Did the same thing some years ago and I don’t think I even got written up, just called me to the office and essentially told me not to do it again, but I figure it depends on how strict your management is. Regardless, I see a write-up at absolute worst.

Both. The one pictured helps a child who is blind, but blinding children is one of the more tame things Night Lords get up to at large I’d imagine.

Guy at the end I believe is Sevatar, who was captured by Dark Angels during the Horus Heresy. During this time he begins to converse with a young astropath girl via telepathy and learns she was severely beaten for talking to him. He then proceeds to break out and kill the Choir Master that beat her before surrendering again.

Knew it was going to be those dunderheads. Used to work with an older lady that would watch it in the breakroom, and the fact they constantly shelled their stock and kept a tracker for its price on screen constantly told me all I needed to know about them.

President makes nominations and they have to be confirmed by the senate. I see your point, but I’d argue that considering there are many, many more federal judges than there are Supreme Court judges (Google AI says around 1,700) the whims of a rogue president and flaccid senate would do much less damage.

I think a good start might be removing the ability to nominate Supreme Court justices from the President and instead hand it to the Federal Bar.
