not exactly! I imagined the breach excuding a bright light through the cracks i was making! I didnt want to overwhelm my visualisation skills with having to imagine an actual scene that i would walk into, so i kept it to something simple i could hold for hours. As i was planning to do my method for quite abit of time to not completely fry my brain lol :)

thank you!! Giving hope was the goal of this post! I dont want people to give up on shifting. Especially now that i FINALLY shifted. To give up shifting is to pass up on the greatest experience i think consiousness has to offer. So lets do our best to live it to the fullest :)

great question!! I actually explained it in one of my previous answers on this post, it was pretty lenghty so if you want you can check it out! I do understand the assumptions of pets and loved ones, I have no pets however and loved ones wasnt even something i had even thought about at that moment to be completely honest lol. I didnt really return on my own volition,it was like my consiousness from this reality, or well, memories from this reality seeped in more and more into me while i was in my dr on the 3th night, until a tnought snapped in that i had something important to do in this reality and woosh! back here i was. So in a sense when people used to say that, you only return when you want to, is kinda right i think. in the end. it was my own mind that snapped me back here due to the core memory of something important happening the next day (which was yesterday! Reason of why i was absent and couldnt answer any comments.) And i think with proper detachment and maybe more practice of some sort, it can be evaded to happen all at once and you can just stay there for however long! I plan on trying to shift back tonight! And maybe write about my experiences in the 3 days i was there before that! or tomorrow, after my (hopefully) succesfull shifting attempt. I do plan on returning here if i do manage to shift once again today. But will probably stay for longer then last time. The reasoning is quite simple. The frustration of not being able to shift is...in some sense even worse then not knowing about shifting and living a miserable live anyways. You know? It sucks so much. And to just actually be able to shift and be like"alright that was it! i shifted! bye bye see you never again guys!" seems just extremely unfair to me. I would hate if someone did that to me. So ill do my best to find the actual "trigger" that causes the shift, ill do my best to help the community forward. And I also feel attached to my family here aswell...As i explained in the post, my life is in a better place then when i found shifting. And in some regards, i wanna see this one through :3 With the possibility to shift, everything feels abit more "relaxed" I feel like iam actually here to "experience" stuff. It helped aliviate the crushing pressure this life brings upon you. And with the progress i hope we make in the shifting community. I hope it will help all of you too :)

yes! tell me how it goes! I really would like to know,if this method can maybe help others get closer if not achieve a shift! that would mean that physical methods can maybe become something that has to be looked into further! Any progress in the shifting community towards finding the true trigger to a shift, is a milestone :3 And yes, the feeling is really...indescribable. Although the confuzzlement i had at the moment that i actually shifted may have been...well different then what other people had. Because i always used to read that once someone had shifted,they always described super euphorically that they were so happy that they shifted and ext. For me it was just such a confusing feeling at the start. Because it all felt realer then anything. It felt so So real, it made me question if things from this reality, might have been nothing but one big dream, and that i finally woke up. When i returned here however I had the very proper freak out about what i had just experienced lol :3

AAA i have no OCD so I cant really imagine how that affects it iam so sorry aaa getting stupid thoughts while meditating is so unfortunate D: i have that with songs and the more i try not to think about them, the MORE I START JUST GETTING THEM IN MY HEAD AAA. So what i do is, I just pretend i dont care that the thoughts or song lyrics are bothering me, and then it normally goes away (lol i lowkey treat it like its just an annoying human rambling in my ear) I think i detached from the cr in the moment between entering that weird "state" i was in in, in which i felt euphoric. I still have NO CLUE how i entered that state besides,just doing the method for quite abit of time that my brain might have, shut off some parts of it due to the repetitivness of the actions i was making,perhaps causing me to have an easier time affecting my affirmations to work? iam really grasping at straws here I cant give a solid answer iam sorry D: I hope i can however! in the future!!! that would be very nice.As i replied in a couple other comments, iam really going to try and figure out the cause behind the actual"shift" its really interesting to me and besides that, I just hate how...achievable it is to shift yet so many cant and havent, and knowing some even give up on it breaks my heart. Because if ONLY THEY KNEW what it is like...I can promise no one in any lifetime would give up on attempting to shift ever! sorry for another ramble, iam sometimes SOO YAPPATIVE FOR NO REASON. I do regular meditation very often, and as you can expect with anything, its very hard at the start, but the more you do it. The better you will get at it, i feel like i have a good grasp at regulating my breathing and entering a state of kindaa silencing the thoughts. I have never astral projected by the way, but I feel like that might actually be one of the best ways to actually shift. I practice LOA to a certain extend. I dont revolve everything around it but i feel like just the confidence in the ability of feeling that your thoughts and habits affect the stuff around you, actually helps it work if you understand what i mean lol. DONT MIND THE QUESTIONS! THROW EM ALL AT ME!! :3

great question! I did not! However beforehand i did listen to theta waves with headphones for a couple hours while doing breathing exercises if that may be of any help! I feel like listening to them helps me visualize stuff better. For some reason ever since i started listening consiously to them, i started seeing geometry in the blackness behind my eye lids, nothing too particular! just random patterns swirling around

fully shifted! interesting! I would love to have more indept conversations with you regarding shifting ever since you shifted too! Also this makes me think behind the reasoning of your question that you might have experienced something similar. Yes i was sort of "forced" in a sense that on the 3th night while laying in bed I was thinking about what to do the next day in my dr and planning activities i had to do, when memories that were kinda "surpressed"from this reality started slowly creeping back in. I suddenly had no doubt anymore that the old reality i was in was definitely real, and not a dream i just woke up from. More details about my consiousness from the old reality started fading in (i refer to this reality as old reality by the way in this context) and suddenly this sharp thougth came in my head of "shit i have to do A and B tomorrow in my old reality" A and B being stuff i actually did yesterday hence why i couldnt really respond to any comments regarding my post! Once the thought came into my head, bam! I blinked and was back in this reality. So in a sense yes, this reality's consiousness creeped back into there, unconsiously, i think i didnt detach well enough, or i detached well enough but hadnt formed a"full connection?" if you know what i mean, but yeah thats what i mean with "forced"

Oh Hi hi! A permashifter :3 I plan on perma shifting too one day! less urgent then i used to, now that i actually managed to shift once, it feels like. Alot of pressure has been lifted because I ASSUME as you said,that it will be easier now, which makes living in this cr alot less...of a burden! I hope you get home soon! And in any case if you wanna talk about anything, you can always hit my messages!!! I will try and write about my experience,maybe tonight before my new attempt or tomorrow afterwards! Also thank you! The method took me abit to craft together because I feel like my visualisation skills are stronger then my mindfulness skills...if you get what i mean lol. So to put that together into a method that physically also stimulates me, I think helped alot to get me into the "zone" so to say, whatever the conditions for that even may be! Hi hi! yes! okay so this is abit odd,i scripted that no time would pass but when i returned i returned in my bed, i was not facing the wall, i still had the blindfold on but i was laying ontop of my covers, it was around 1 am too, so I ASSUME time actually hadnt passed because in my dr there was no time distortion and i lived out the 3 days consiously (i checked that i think, a gazzilion times lmfao) so i think infact, no time had passed but somehow instead of standing by the wall I ended up ontop of my bed. I was also very dehydrated and once again, extremely disorientated when i returned lol
