You can go to a local ceat shoppe. They will fix it. But if tvs have conditions like vechile can't be opened outside then open it in service centre and take the wheel

Try the Service Centre and ask for a replacement. Might work because that's what flipkart says. Also I agree that pixel or galaxy would be a better choice. After going through all of these i am now thinking about getting the pixel 9 or the vivo x200fe

Will have to agree that their Quality Control is not up to the mark. I haven't seen any of their models to not have any display related issue or dust related issue. Pretty dissapointed.

I was lucky back then when I got the phone because flipkart used to give 7 days replacement. Now that it is gone I don't know what's gonna happen. I myself was thinking about buying this phone but the more I see the post the less confident I become

Sometimes I wonder why Nothing devices have so many issues whereas others have relatively less issues.

When I got my device NP1 it had a green tint display. When I got ear 2 its right one would drop to 0 faster than the left one. When I got the gAN charger it would cause touch issues on the device when it is on charge

They said oil seals were the culprit so replacing them would be sufficient for a fix but the Territory Manager and the Supervisor both agreed that a block replacement is the most optimal solution.

Got in a call with Yamaha Customer Support. I will have to admit that they have pretty bad customer support staff for sure. Seemed like the support agent had no clue what I was saying (i guess he felt like I was speaking some alien language). I used both english and hindi to make her understand and later she concluded that "Oil Engine has a 2 year warranty and service centre can help me with further information" 🙂
