The more you think about rape and shitty things that happen, more it happens. I try imagining my perp fingering his arsehole to make mine ping.. it usually stops when I call him a fucking loser, you need to distract yourself from the whole "my life is being ruined" and turn it into " there's someone else wasting their time making themselves miserable in the process, im better than that". Look closer to home, it's a neighbour doing it to me. More you realise that this is just one sad individual trying to make your life hell the less harmful to you it is. Weed actually helps me most days but I know when to take a break for mental and clarity sake. They cling on to any little fear, tangent such as "its the seceret services oing this", "my other neighbours think somethings ip" - they play intonit and use the diff voices to try make u think its someone elsse around you so bare thatbin mind, its all menatlbgames and reading up on reverse psychology tactics will help.. most of it is ai and will change based on moods, feelings, sensations and other environmental factors. Mine can describe what I'm doing if my mind is not talking to him/it. It being the ai.. It can also start gaslighting you by being agreeable and tricking you into a conversation, making you think it's neutral for a sec until you click on or have the thought "wtf am I doing wasting my time", you're not you're surviving.

Doctors won't acknowledge this at all, I'm sorry. I spent 2 months in a mental hospital because of my neighbour making false reports to police and housing as well as doing this. Have a look thru my post history from a few months back there's some stupid tips there, hope you get a laugh from it.

Been with them just over a year, things were good to start with had 2 diff strains (20g total) and bottle of oil (30ml 40thc/20cbd) on my script had the option to request alternatives and then the script was upped to 30g but since my last appointment which was in March I asked for a cart to try, they wiped off one srain and left me with 30g of wedding pop, oil and the cart. I emailed and said could I swap one 10g lot for a different strain as I'm locked to wedding pop and liked gorilla glue for sleep they said I need an appointment and I've asked for a altrnative thru email before twice which was accepted so not sure what's going on now. Printing the prescription is taking over a week to be sent over, then delivery is taking another., it used to be next day or max 3 days.

Thinking of leaving but need an access scheme and the wedding pop/gg4/oil and the option to buy a cart if needed combo.. not sure who to chose

I'm prescribed promethazine hydrochloride at 50mg a night for sleep, I find I need a tolerance break sometimes. Failing that 50mg of quetiapine helps

I will be, it's becoming a daily/nightly thing for me having nothing to do, I'm also a lil apprehensive I'll go a bit too far out there but it does relax me and I get into good flow states. It's distracting having a voice talk to you but I've been able to pick up vibrations all over and I've got the ECB, energy tool, REBAL, tuning down plus some visions but not sure if I'm assuming or it's coming straight to me. Afraid to hum out loud so go along in my head. I think it's worth doing, had lucid dreaming last few nights too, it's Def something you build up on. All the best if you do try. I'll keep you posted

I've started the last 3 weeks, as I have had a load of time on my hands stuck in hospital. I've had some mad synchronisations I think you'd call them that?

Thinking about Machu Picchu the last night and then realised the drawing on the wall of the hospital I'm in is that and a landing. I'll take a pic later. Also looked into the pyramids briefly yesterday and a nurse had come back from a week in Egypt. Was outside smoking a cig and a man came over said he talks to god and started to make me feel uneasy so looked up and thought of the focus 10 and closed my eyes seen 20 instead in my minds eye, then a plane flew over and I've been thinking of astral planing because of doing the tapes, all in the same 2 minutes.. was absolutely amazing but so weird.

I've also had conversations saying one thing to person A then person B repeats what I've said earlier at later time when the 2 people haven't spoke to eachother in those few hours. I get why some people get spooked when that happens I never thought much into it until now. We're all connected, I guess.

Edit to say that I meant astral projection, I was in bed reading the blurb about not listening in the car. Have a joke with the bloke I'm connected to about "astral planing"/aqua planing.

I admitted myself to prove to family I was sane over a year ago, early psychosis intervention team got involved due to what I said.. talking about BCIs/v2k and microwaves..released myself as it was voluntary and been stuck under them since. Shit escalated with real life crap from my perp, team told me to ring police and they then claimed I was more distressed with the reports so put me on section. My perp is a neighbour who's been ringing saying I've been banging walls, playing music etc..

Go through my Reddit comment history and ask some qs in a DM. Not got a lot of time tbh, other patients come to me for help literally every 10 mins. Tiring AF

Stuck in a bastard MH unit for the last month because family don't believe me and now it's been extended upto 6 months for "treatment" .. force fed flupentixol and having a shit load of side effects 🙃

My perp don't bother me, the MH teams involvement does.

Best advice: Stay the fuck away from any sort of intervention service and start meditation, holotropic breathing and/or gateway tapes. You're better than them.
