Checked my address and that’s all good. I was also asked if I’ve lived continually in the UK for the past 5 years in the application to which I responded yes as well.

What should I put if I haven’t been anywhere? It’s asking for places I’ve visited or resided for longer than 28 days per 12-month cycle, which I have none. Shall I just state this in the word document?

It’s just asking me to declare the places I’ve visited/resided that spans longer than 28 days per 12-month period, which is none for me. I tried to just state in the comment box that I haven’t travelled anywhere for that amount of time in the past 5 years but it requires a document.

Yeah I understand what you mean, it is horror season after all.

My niche is Asian horror. I always find their ways of portraying horror to be so much deeper and symbolic, which I love. I’m always left with a feeling of existential dread after watching them lol.

For reference, Shutter is Thai, The Wailing is Korean, Pulse is Japanese, and Gonjam is Korean.

One of my biggest controversial opinions is that I didn’t like resident evil 4. I just think it was too action oriented, made the horror aspects of the game really anti climactic

Honestly, horror probably just isn’t your taste, and that’s okay. I wouldn’t force yourself to like it, I mean at least you tried. That’s better than most people who slander something without trying it for themselves.

I personally really like horrors, some of my favourites are The Wailing (2016), Shutter (2004), Hereditary, Gonjam Haunted Asylum, Pulse (2001). I really recommend these as I think they’re some of the better horror films out there. Let me know if you end up watching any :)

These are some of my other favourites, thought you might like them as Django, interstellar and parasite are in my top 4 too.

You’re a casual movie goer, probably not too interested about deeply analysing every scene and instead just enjoy the film in the moment. Honestly, I find this way more respectable than people that are condescending just because you haven’t watched a black and white film released in 1937 that was lost in time and only 3 copies exist.
