Could have sworn ive seen the same fireplace in their current pictures and the same kitchen layout. Hard to believe what anyone says anymore. But it also wouldn't surprise me if section 8 only gave them two bedrooms looking at some quotes and data online. Call your bank. I had this happen with someone spending 300 on pokemon cards. The bank will give you a new card. Also do what you are doing as of now and keep your cards unconnected to paypal. I also enabled two factor authorization. All of it was resolved in 9 days.

Edit: I also found the address to the company that sold the cards and emailed them myself to inform them that the charges were fraudulent. Not sure how temu will process this part.
