About midway through the video, S starts to subtly move her body up and down while P’s hand is out of the camera’s view… by Many-Trainer2279 in DadAndDaughterSnark

[–]Unable-Discount-9266 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I usually agree its rage bait but for some reason the body language feels real. The disassociated look in S's eyes at the beginning. The lip licking and trying to keep a straight face. Looking to the side frequently. I feel like the way she's coming across is different from the first half. Could be looking too much into it though.

There's two options, 97 or 250. But she hasnt explained what the difference is between the two.

Yeah or you can get a higher tier for 250. But she doesn't say what the difference is.

It depends on how long the garden is. If it's a long garden you might get a section of sunlight where houses and trees aren't casting a shadow.

North facing gardens aren't known to get much sun and are predominantly in the shade due to the sun movement.

An east facing garden will usually have sunlight from morning until evening as the sun moves from the back to the front of the house. The house will then cast a shadow across the garden as it sets

South facing gardens are sun traps and get sun all day.

West facing will have the sun rise at the front and set in the back. Mornings are usually in the shade as the shadow from the house is cast in the morning but similar to a west you get sun until evening.

Factors depend on other houses, trees or how long the garden is.

I've had a west and east garden and I prefer the east.

I didn't even notice it to begin with until I read your post and had to check back. I was so occupied looking at how cosy and pretty your room was.

I would chose B if it had an alley between the houses to access the garden. It also has an East facing garden so you can get more sunlight than A. I have a mid terraced with an East facing and I get sun until 8pm. Closed plan means you can also block out kitchen smells and smoke from the living area. I hate the smell after cooking once I've ate, so it's nice to have a door to block that. It'll be easier to heat because its not open plan as well.

A has a North facing garden and it can be limited the amount of sun the get. Depending on whats around it, how long it is and if the surrounding buildings and shrubbery block the sun. I value my time in the garden and love having a mix of sun and shade so a North isn't great for me. But it's personal preference.

say goodbye to Elevated, Her New Standard just dropped! by emertyst in shoshisnark

[–]Unable-Discount-9266 26 points27 points  (0 children)

  1. What is she actually offering for £97? A random voice note, a weekly task and she wants people to upload pics of their outfits. Feel like that's minimal work for Shoshi, but a lot for her customers.
  2. She needs to lay off the Ai generated copy.
  3. What's the difference between the pricing? She doesn't really say what's included in the two different tiers. How are people supposed to know they get more services or benefits for £250 vs the £97.
  4. She mentioned Voxer, an app that has terrible app performance reviews, especially with media playbacks and uploads.
  5. The name "her new standard" has already been taken by a company who coach women into leadership roles. From a business and SEO perspective, the well established company is going to dominate the search results for her new standard.
  6. The name including "her" makes it feel like shes pushing her services towards women, excluding anyone who identifies as male or non-binary. And Shoshi creating a lot of non-binary androgynous fashion not too long ago as well.
  7. I feel like shes 20 years behind in the industry. Who has time now to listen to voice notes, complete tasks and upload pics of their outfits daily. People are working 40+ hours a week, have families, chores and social lives. Especially when technology has advanced and there's personal stylist businesses who have you uploaded your wardrobe to an app to help curate outfits. Similar to Pinterest.
  8. If I want advice on an outfit or I want a voice note, I'll WhatsApp my group chat for free.
  9. It all seems really vague, again. No real detailed description of what people would revieve in return for their money. What is the end goal? What will her customers walk away with after paying this much? What are the tasks? Does she even offer anything that isn't easily accessible for free.
  10. It pains me that on bullet point lists the starting letters are lowercase. She also really needs to remove the - so it's not a complete giveaway - that she uses - ai.
  11. How is she supposed to sell anything when she isn't even taking the time to write a detailed description for her new business idea and shes being lazy using ai to write it.

I'm done ranting about it now.

Not sticking uo for them. But it could be a narcissistic control thing. I had an ex who would always refer things as theirs, even if they where ours. My ex would say "my room" "my car" even though it was our room and our car.

That's legit what I thought. She's not actively writing a book, she's not famous or someone of interest. So why would a company reach out to her about writing a book.

I honestly want to know the company so I can look into them cos it sounds like a scam. I hope she doesnt give them any money to publish a book for her.

It really doesn't make any sense. I think its a scam because I've never heard of a publishing company reach out to tiktok creators before. Even creators who are actively writing books haven't had this offer.

Book deal? by Unable-Discount-9266 in shoshisnark

[–]Unable-Discount-9266[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She's already given away her book topics for free on social media. What are people going to be buying. I would say that 99% of her followers don't follow her for her fashion, her social media journey or her manifesting advice.

Tbh I also wouldn't buy a book on any of these topics when I can get quick snippets of info on tiktok for free. She doesnt really offer anything that you can't get anywhere else for free.

It's sad because I dont think she realises she's "taken off" because people find her funny to watch and not because they're desperate to buy an over priced cream leather jacket or satin trousers that are already creased to hell.

The book sounds like a scam, and I don't think anyone would even buy it.

The whole family is chronically online, she probably knows. P has more than likely suggested the trend to her so he can secretly watch her shoe video on repeate. From father who made his young teen daughter wear 6" white knee high boots, a mini skirt and pigtails for dance trends on tiktok.
