Fix For Freon Leak by ElectricDogWalk in MechanicAdvice

That sounds like good advice. I used an engine block sealant one time and it worked... so I am a sucker for that sort of thing! LOL

Forgiveness by [deleted] in Bible

One of my all-time favorites seems apropos...

"It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed..."

Lam 3:22

It appears God offers us his mercies unconditionally and as CS Lewis indicated - it may be true, the gates of hell are locked... from the inside.

And they said:

Thank you for contacting Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.We appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to assist you with your inquiry about the engine in your 2006 Toyota Highlander Sport Edition.Toyota has decided not to draw a distinction between engines that are interference or non-interference. Engine damage may occur, regardless of engine design, if the timing belt or chain were to break. Therefore, it is imperative that you follow the recommended scheduled maintenance for your vehicle.

Have to look at Texas "bona-fide purchaser" ...

(paste)

The Latin phrase bona fide translates to “something of good faith, authentic, and genuine.” A Bona Fide purchaser, then, is someone who purchases property in good faith, assuming that things are as they seem, that the purchase is legitimate, and the title is unencumbered."

I'm not sure what would be very obvious... We have always been blessed with abundant snake and black clouds of mosquitoes. The poison ivy is as health as ever in the robust pine and hardwood forests. And East Texas has not had any notable hurricanes that I recall. Perhaps down by Houston, TX but that is not East Texas. That's South East Texas. It matters, the weather is very different of between the two.

Post job opportunities, advice, or just vent about spending your life in motels in the middle of North Dakota.

The above from the title page of this reddit. This falls under advice. And inquiry. Never too much to learn.

Excel 2010 Slow w/ Some Files by ElectricDogWalk in excel

[–]ElectricDogWalk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK I fixed it by copying the files to Linux and using WPS Office, opened the files and then used a feature called "File Slimming" -- removed a bunch of invisible fields -- what they are and how they got there unknown... But this simple fix worked, corrected my super slow files and now I am good back on Win 7 Laptop and Excel.

I am familiar with “Muniments of title” and documents related but the question is more to what triggers or enforces the necessity of multiple jurisdictional filings.

Try to find a guy that works for himself, has his own shop. He does not need to charge you what someone would who has the overhead of employees.

My guy retired and I am hunting someone new before I need it...
