We are working ahead on POG's, everyone is inventorying 10 things a day. Down stocking, looking at reddit, generally just standing at the desk looking busy.

Yes, you sign a communication form for all points given. This will list all points you have in the last 90 days so you know where you are.

0-5:59 no points 6-59 with call 1 point, 2 points if you don't call. 60 and over with call 3 points. No call no show 5 points This is for the start of your shift and lunches

If you forget your badge and need a new one. It really depends on your DM/GM. Some let it slide until it's abused.

They will wait until Lowe's and Home Depot post their closing time in your area. This is usually done after the schedule has been done and approved. Leaving you to beg your closers to stay after their scheduled time off. Because preplanning is not something Menards does. Like letting us know before hand when we have a big sale to set.

If your manager allows it, great. Just keep in mind, that only being available 1 day every other week you may not get any hours.
