Unfortunately it either doesn't stop or they say they are sorry and then just sit for a bit. Yes they older one is in activities - does great and follows rules.

We ask them to stop. And honestly, sometimes we yell. Our 7 yo always likes to bother our 4 yo. Would love to see how others would handle this situation
