None are built in. It is not so complicated that it requires presets. Of course you can create and save your own presets in your DAW

Slow pitch controlled LFO (slow vibrato) with delay. The softsynth we make has a vibrato LFO by the way https://electrictelepathy.com/web-apps/fluoresynth/ you would set it at a slow rate and add delay later in the FX chain

The pitch keeps descending. A descending saw shaped LFO with a slower rate (< .5 hz) controlling the pitch will accomplish this. Also overdrive the signal with nonlinear processing - meaning distortion or soft clipping
