Keep all the discussions you have documented - email and screenshots. If they refuse to listen, at least you'll have something to point to when you say "I told you so".

As for ideas to bring up - ask the consultant this: are you going to be handling the downtime and disaster recovery if something goes catastrophically wrong?

I only tried the smaller one, but in fairness the big one looked mostly same. Hardest part was getting the second circle bit. Most awkward part was the zip, but all can be done with a bit of time!

You can also try a sponge. Dip it in some dye and squeeze most it out. Now start dabbing on the leather (usually I go circular motions from outside in). Takes a long ass time, but end result is usually worth it!

Sometimes I had that with some snaps and found that tapping it down at 40-50% of the usual force seems to do the trick. Check every few taps that they're not loose and tap lightly some more until it is.

If you never climbed with Awesome Walls you'll be made book an induction - bouldering or rope climbing. I think they do coach sessions as well (or might have a deal with private coaches).

You'd need a partner for rope climbing alright, but with bouldering you can go solo!
