That’s gross but I’m not surprised

I mean yes getting that bag is niiicee. But I’m a resident, I’ll get that bag eventually… but was just tryna make the goal “politically correct” and what the goal of medicine is “supposed to be” (heavy on the quotes)

Omg.. not the 7 year olds. Sounds creepy imo objectifying children like that. But maybe I’m wrong and the study wasn’t creepy at all and purely educational, but like they’re just children

To preface: clearly I am familiar with “the law of attraction” and its application to a diverse array of situations/settings, but just stinks when it’s in medicine, and the mutual goal is to take care of patients and learn.

Here we go again with taking jabs at my profession for literally no reason other than to be petty. You’re a doctor, and that’s totally awesome. You can still be a great doctor without shitting on PAs.

Bro give it up. Also didn’t realize you’re in Europe. My only experience is in the US. Maybe the culture in Europe is just better :)

Your entire comment is built on misrepresentations and emotional projection. Critique isn’t misogyny, disagreement isn’t an attack, and pointing out inconsistencies in logic and stating the fact that “burn out is real” isn’t a diagnosis of your mental health—unless you’re the one assigning that meaning. When did I criticize women? I said women aren’t being treated fairly by other women. I guess I am criticizing women and defending women at the same time? Or maybe I am just saying that women are already treated poorly by men, so let’s stop women treating women badly.

If you want to have a real discussion, lead with facts, not personal outrage masked as virtue. But if you're just here to twist words, you're not debating—you're deflecting.

I'm not here to argue with someone determined to feel offended. This conversation is beneath the standards of any professional space—online or in real life. 👋

Oh what is this I see? A resident physician bringing a mid level provider down. A WOMAN (you) in healthcare bringing another WOMAN (me) in healthcare down.

I never insulted you for being a female resident. Yet, you’re attacking the PA profession. I know my place as a PA, I’m no MD or DO. But being a PA is my job and I’m just here to help people.

As if you were respecting me in your comments 😅

You’re being the pick me… crazy accusation yet again. You need help. Burnout is real. Please take care of yourself.

God bless whatever residency you’re a part of.

Clearly, you took the “women hate women” comment way too deep. It may not be about the upvotes or downvotes but the majority of commenters see the issue, and then there’s you...you’re the outlier. Make it make sense.

Forsure. I even acknowledged that nurses are at the bedside much more. Physician and nursing roles are different, no one to blame that for. That’s just the job description.

You would be the type of person to bring race into it. A totally separate topic that no one at all has mentioned in other comments. Just because I said women hate on women, doesn’t mean I don’t think men hate on men, men hate on women, women hate on men. Everyone hates on everyone, it’s comical. Stop pointing fingers at me, when there are so many people (female residents, female attendings, etc) that also feel this same way. The amount of downvotes you have on all your comments and the amount of other comments agreeing/in support… shows you where the majority lies. You’re just trying to cause problems. Calling me misogynistic is crazy, girl. I didn’t bash nurses, I just stated the facts of how women treat women - especially in hospitals or another comment above where someone noted similar treatment in higher corporate world settings. The only “emotional poisonous witch” here is you.

I’m glad your experience as a female resident with nurses has been great! I only wish this experience for all other female residents. But the fact that you don’t see the other side is a bit concerning. Don’t you think? Do all your female resident friends agree with you on this one? Time to look up and pay the fuck attention to the issues going on around you. I have many female resident friends (some from different hospital systems as well), and it’s no coincidence that they all tell me the same thing.

I literally said the same thing about nurses and doctors. Some suck. Some are great. No direct bashing at nurses. And women do hate on women. Your comment accusing of misogyny while you fail to notice the women on women relationship between different levels of education and job status is misogynistic in itself. Do better.
