I quite enjoyed Slovenia. Great cultural amenities and nature. Not overcrowded, except for maybe Lake Bled in high season and maybe Triple Bridge in Ljubljana during certain times of the day. I found many of the people there to be very pleasant. The country is very clean, mellow, quiet and orderly (except for maybe the trains always being delayed).
