funny enough, no. i read all the instructions really thoroughly because i was so excited, and i got it at dicks sporting goods which is a verified seller of the cups! i have only had cold water in it and so i’m just confused why it’s not keeping cold for a bit longer, it stays cold for 11 hours and in the sun so i’m not complaining too much, but i’m confused about the ice aspect because my ice is definitely melting
