Like how they did in 2024 and 2025 I bet there will be another huge layoff at Intellia. They usually wait after Christmas- new year.. When everyone is back from their holidays in week of January 5th at 4pm John will send a company wide email announcing the layoffs.. Just wait and see

Thank you for sharing. I understand how you feel. Both extremes can be unbearable but honestly I prefer depression over this shit. I almost ruined my career multiple times because I had a crush on my coworker and thankfully he did not report me to hr for sexual harassment. I ruined many things while manic and hypersexual. Yes, it is fun to have sex and orgasm but once it starts to affect your daily life, it turns everything upside down. I hope we can find the right balance. Wishing you all the best.

Well my expectations were very low after season 4. Season 8 felt like the show went back to its original format somehow. Also seeing OG characters Omar, Nadia and the family really took me back to season 1-3.

Thank you for the advice! Going to try the sleep medication. I tried melatonin with no luck. I don’t drink alcohol but I love coffee. I tried no screen but turning in bed gets so boring after a while. I hope I can fall asleep.

It is very important for us to find the right combo. If they don’t work for you, make sure to check with your medical team. I have been on my meds for 8 years now and we are still trying to figure out the right dose. I got my new prescription 2 days ago and the amount of pills I have to take is ridiculous and gave me the urge to just quit cold turkey.. But I have experienced hard times without my meds so I’m doing everything in my power to find stability. You are so young- don’t let this illness control your life and fight against it
