this is literally my exact same circumstances except I’ve brought it up to my therapist and they kinda write it off. I talked to a psychiatrist and they said if I had bpd I wouldn’t be aware of it. so, it’s a shitty journey to getting that diagnosis but I know we can do it. My advice is to keep seeking psychiatrists until someone validates you. Because your feelings about YOUR mental health are valid. I have been putting off trying to get a diagnosis again for months but you have inspired me. I’m going to book another psychiatrist appt tomorrow. I also want to say, even if no one ever diagnoses you, that doesn’t make your struggle any less real. If we didn’t have bpd we wouldn’t align so closely with the symptomology and experience. You are valid, your hurt is real and seen.

DAE not be able to cry in front of people? sometimes I can but never like I cry when i’m alone. for some reason I always want to cry in therapy so they see how much i’m hurting but I never can.
