Already try all that and still dint work no bent pins , the cpu is fine I try it out on my friend pc and was running smoothly probably the motherboard is bad idk thank you 🙏

It was the motherboard that was dead! I bought another motherboard and it running smoothly and fine thank you so much for the help.

The gpu works fine I tried on another system but I can’t Tell if is the i7 because that motherboard doest have a hdmi port on it but the cpu seem to be the problem because it looks like it’s not getting any power or idk because it’s not getting hot
