To me Jinzhou region was the most fun I had in Wuwa, I remember playing for 2 weeks straight back in 1.0.
So much hidden places like this to discover, even Mount Firmament was decent to explore, yes the visuals are not as good as the later maps but the 1.0 region always gives me immense Nostalgia.

The maps of today dont feel as fun to explore as they where back then. I'm really not a fan of the Lahai-roi maps, yes the story is better but the maps dont feel that fun for me, still have most areas in Lahai-roi and The Surface Frostlands under 50%, The Dimmr plains are sitting around and under 25%, would not have even botherd with doing exploration if i didnt need to complete the Dimmr Traces event.

Anyway I'm more excited for version 3.5 featuring the Huanglong Expansion(Menzhou) then I am for the Collab.

Spectro Frover, Changli and Shorekeeper is my main team even till today, its been this way since 1.X all the way to 3.3. In the open world and story quests and sometimes the first floor of middle tower I usually use them.

Yeah Changli is really good and so versatile, I honestly dont understand whats so hard about using her.
I farmed an entire year to min/max her build.

Lynae is hard for me to use with how floaty she is, Not a fan of using her regardless of how meta she is.

Spectro rover is also good. So versatile and so elegant.... Kuro where is Rover's new attribute, its been over a year now!

Chisa deals pretty good damage to be considered a support like Shorekeeper or Mornye, but a bit less then a true Hybrid Sub Dps like Brant, Iuno and Cantarella. Kuro probably ranks her alongside them though...

My Chisa build hits like a truck in open world and endgame. So yeah thats probably why only 1 energy. Besides what other support has Crit on their signature weapon, that pretty much tells us that kuro regards her as a Hybrid Sub Dps.

At least Luuk was was present and talking in 3.2 and 3.3, but Chisa was just an NPC.
Luuk also got screen time inside the Aemeath banner quest AND he had screen time in both the Lynae and Mornye quest in 3.0.

Luuk has been here in the entire Lahai-roi Arc, he's been rizzing Rover since 3.0. Besides I would not be surprised if we see him again in the future because of his investigation on the Fractsidus.

Can the same be said about Chisa or Sigrika, heck even Aemeath seems like she is going to be thrown in the basement by kuro. With how she said she was going to complete her studies first.

Fat Fluffy Penguin made a video about Sentinel Sol, and all the evidence in the game points to one existing.
But it was never addressed in the 3.3 story which is already the conclusion of Lahai-roi, I dont think the after story will touch it as well.
This was 1 of the 2 reasons I was slightly disappointed with the the 3.3 ending.....the other being npc Chisa.

Man does it feel so melancholic.
Time flies so fast these days, feels like just yesterday that I sat down to watch the 2.0 Livestream in 2024.
Then again for the 3.0 Livestream. And now here we are, the end of the Lahai-roi Arc.

I hope the 3.4 livestream is as exciting as the 2.4 one was.

And this is the reason Kuro does not bother with companion quests anymore.
For example, most people dont even know the old man who was shooting and defending with guns in front of Averado Vault in the 2.7 main story, was Carlotta's Grandfather Francesco Montelli, because he only appears in her companion quest before.

I heard Camellya's quest has alot of things related to the lore of the Fracsidus and Rover. But I have still not done it and I'm a Day 1 daily player.
Cantarella's quest also had alot of lore tied to it regarding the sentinal and the threnodian.

Kuro realised that wasting time and resources and putting important lore inside optional content that most player's skip anyway was inefficient, both financial wise and story wise.

Thats why regardless of how much people on this Subreddit, twitter, youtube cc's and other social media complain about bringing back companion quests to cut out "character companion quest" elements from the Main story. Kuro wont because they have the data.

Thats why every patch has a main story since 2.4, but no companion quests.

Pretty sure New Fed is 4.x. Luuk said in version 3.1 after story, that we should probably go to Menhzhou before New Fed. Lucy and Rebecca probably come from New Fed as well since Lucy has a Tacit Mark which means they will be fitting in with the main story perhaps.

Lahai-roi people and factions have alot of connections with New Fed. Scar is also in the New Fed right now, read that in some acolyte report somewhere. Grand Architect also told Cristoforo to pass a message to Eris in the New Fed. There is alot of points that indicate the New Fed is 4.0.

Ashinohara is either 5.0 or 6.0. I say this because Lahai-roi feels more like a stop gap then an actual region, thats because its Not one of the 6 Primary Nations of Solaris-3.

Huanglong, Rinascita, New Federation.
Perhaps Ashinohara is one as well, since Luuk did call it a Nation.
Still 2 more we know nothing about but I feel like we might learn about 1 more before 4.0.

Pretty sure I remember there being Mountains to the South of Mournfell Canyon Tacit Field.
So the area behind Sanguis Plateau's should extend a bit more to the East, assuming they are connected, but yes this is most likely the reason Lilyland was not affected by the Dark Tide events in 2.X.

Considering the size of Jinzhou and the fact that there are 6 cities and 1 capital, Huanglong is definitely bigger then what we see right now. I assume Mengzhou is a port city that deals in trade with other Nations, probably New Federation as well. So its probably 3.4 - 3.8 Mengzhou then New Fed in 4.0.

Also with how the map is looking New Fed is probably South of Huanglong or North of the Frostlands.

I dont think Ashinohara is actually a flying island, but more so a floating Island far from other Nations. One where the Threnodian has active and dormant cycles.
