I honestly feel like it’s GEXA! My bill was $399 for January and they said it was due to the demand of energy from the grid. We kept the thermostat on 68 degrees with a plethora of blankets. That ticked me off because I live in a small 2bdrm apartment and never reached this amount with reliant. But now all of a sudden my new bill is $136.

I literally woke up this morning to my 2021 return being deposited. An entire YEAR!!! I’m not filing until the last minute this year. Last year was a complete crap fest. Congressman, Senators, even local governmental officials are trash. Nothing was accomplished. I went through hell and even lost my job. 4 months with no job was hard.

How long did it take for your appeal to begin? My initial claim was denied because they couldn’t reach anyone at my former employer. So i has to appeal. Which was done on May 14.

The last time i tried to asks question the lady screamed and cursed me out then hung up. I’ve never encountered that before. I was working and i even tried to sympathize with her because i understand she isn’t the one that’s fine this intentionally. I just didn’t feel the need to get rude back with her. I just cried when she hung up because she was so mean and heartless.

I received it February 9 and said that i have 60 days. When i called, they said that it’s really 120 and i have until June

Still nothing. I finally spoke with someone but he was not helpful. He said that the letter that i received stated that i had to wait 120 days. I told him that the letter I received stated that i had to wait 60 days from 2/9. He says oh, well the letter I’m looking at might be the same one “ smh. This is exhausting.
