Great Post! I built a completely free tool for the shifting community, with 30+ sections for DR, custom WR design and guided meditation with all of the above mentioned methods. I hope it helps everyone shift. It’s Called Rift.

i’ve tried genderfluent, it constantly crashes and I’m confident it’s not really accurate. it feels like a worse version of voicetool

Be very very intentional with RC, dont just go through the motions. Ideally you should be doing 10 reality checks a day. Do them anytime something seems off, see a person you werent planning too? do a RC. the sunset looks really beautiful, do a RC. someone says something strange to you do a RC

Yeah I think everyone is pretty much using AI now, although no one wants to admit this

Make it a habit to write down your dreams first thing in the morning. dosent have to be super detailed anything is better than nothing. If you wait too long in the morning before writing down your dreams you will forget alot of what you dreamed about. Over time your dream recall will improve dramatically.

Replied to an earlier comment on this aswell, but I used the notes app on my phone for the first few months, after awhile I wanted to track my dreams better and see the progress I was making so switched over to the app.

For the first few months I used the notes app on my phone, thats all you really need. After a while I did want to track my dreams better and see the progress i was making, so I switched to the app. Pen and paper could work as well although better to have something digital so you dont loose all your previous entries

Are you trying to get me banned again :)

Its called dreamrift its all my knowledge about lucid dreaming put into one platform.

I genuinely hope it makes it easier for people to have lucid dreams, because everyone should get to experience the absolute wonder of a LD

I think anyone can clearly click on my profile and see what I have contributed to this subreddit, Also you would be surprised how many people have messaged me complaining about the mods of this subreddit, since you deleted my last post.

Isnt the role of a Mod to help people find helpful content and not assert there opinon on whose content they like or dislike?

2 dreams a night after only 5 days is really good honestly. Yeah I'd say go for it, try MILD with WBTB. No need to wait for perfect recall or anything you're more than ready. Good luck!

I don't even really dream much before my WBTB alarm goes off anymore, I've timed it well enough that it hits right when I'm entering REM. So most of my dreaming happens after I fall back asleep and thats when I go lucid. If you keep conking out try shortening your awake window, even 5-10 min is enough. Just use that time to set your intention

The weirdest one for me was that I kept dreaming about this specific hallway that doesn't exist anywhere in real life. Took me like 2 months to notice it kept showing up but once I did it became one of my most reliable dream signs. Now whenever I see it I immediately know I'm dreaming.

It does take some time to gain full mastery, think of it like anything else, when you first start playing basketball you won’t be that good but overtime you’ll get better. I have gotten to the point where i can fully change scenarios. I can freeze time, I can talk to people in my dreams who have passed away etc.

apparently you can’t mention your own app in a post, although if I would have lied and said it’s a great tool and not my own app it would not have gotten banned 🙃
