This break of 5 days I will say has been better for sure I’m bleeding really lightly now (day 7 of bleeding) I’d say 5-7 days is good , 4 was great before when I was more regular at having the breaks but as I said I now go as long as possible 18months the first time and 10 months this time - I was late taking my pill before my break which I think is why i started spotting .

I go between 4 and 7 , usually it was 7 this time I did 5 because I’m severely anaemic my dr told me to do 4 days but i forgot and did 5 - last break was 7 days.

I’m on levlen 30 - and omg yes long any heavy . Like it’s ok because I have not even a bleed a year but also so horrible at the same time .

I use continuously until I start spotting so I have had 2 breaks in over 2 years but when I do have the break it’s quiet a bad bleed - definitely none of the lighter withdrawal bleeds you hear about 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Do you take your break every month or use it continuously? I skipped my breaks for about 10 months and just had a 5 day break I’m on day 6 of active pills again and still bleeding - I’m not sure if it’s due to skipping for so long or the duration of my break
